Tomorrow my cousin will be married, so I'm planning to wear blue dress.
To match my dress color, I wear this Deborah Lippmann Across the Universe. It's a pretty blue glittery nail polish.
I applied this 3 coat, because if only apply 1-2 coat it won't show the glitter.
